Ordering/Payment & FAQ's


Minimum Order

Wedding cakes have a minimum of $250.00. This minimum is regardless of size or design.

Custom sugar cookies have a minimum of 2 dozen - pricing is based on design.

French Macarons have a minimum of 2 dozen 

Date Retainers

All our orders are booked on a first come first reserved basis.  Cookies & macarons are reserved with a 50% date retainer. Wedding cakes are reserved with a $200 non-refundable date retainer.  The remaining balance  is due 14 days prior to the event date.  Orders placed with less than 14 days must be paid for in full.

 Failure to observe this timeline will result in the order being cancelled


Delivery is available for cookie & macaron orders over $50.00 .  Delivery is $25.00

For wedding cakes, delivery is based on the location of your venue. 


Please note that we are closed on Sundays.  If your event is on a Sunday please make arrangements for pickup or delivery on Saturday.  Most cakes do not require refrigeration.  We will advise you if your cake should be refrigerated.

For orders that will be picked up at our home studio, pickup times are between 10am and 12 noon on Saturday.  We deliver cakes between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday.  We will not return to the studio after 12 noon so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to get your order.

Food Allergies

Everyone should have a great dessert - regardless of a food allergy.  We can provide cakes that have no eggs, dairy or gluten. We also can provide vegan cakes as well. 

**Please note that while we can make gluten free items, we are not a gluten free bakery. We use wheat and wheat products and while we take all health and safety precautions when preparing gluten free items, there is always a chance of cross-contamination**  Ordering of these items is at your own risk.
